Who is behind Bcons Solary
Bcons Group has developed a series of affordable projects in Di An, including Bcons Suoi Tien, Bcons Mien Dong, Bcons Green View and Bcons City. By 2025 it had handed over nine projects, most of them with pink books issued.
Location: Tan Dong Hiep, Di An
The project sits at the gate of the Tan Dong Hiep B industrial park, close to the My Phuoc – Tan Van road, and is marketed as being around 500 m from a planned metro connection.
It is aimed at people working in Di An’s industrial parks and in Thu Duc; central Ho Chi Minh City is roughly 40–60 minutes away by car.

Master plan and amenities
The towers share a commercial podium and residents’ facilities:
- About 10,000 m² shopping podium
- Swimming pool
- Gym
- Children’s play areas
- Landscaped deck and park views
- Close to industrial parks and transport links
Apartment types
Units are mainly one- to three-bedroom apartments; two-bedroom, two-bathroom units of about 51–55 m² are the most common.
Prices and buying
When launched, two-bedroom units were advertised from around 1.5 billion VND. In 2026 resale two-bedroom units of 51–55 m² were listed at about 1.7–2 billion VND, or roughly 35–38 million VND per m².
Check whether the specific unit is among those confirmed eligible for sale, and make sure payments go through the guaranteed account.
Legal status and foreign ownership
The HCMC Department of Construction confirmed in 2026 that 1,451 apartments are eligible for sale as future housing, with MB Bank guarantees. Vietnamese buyers get long-term ownership; foreigners can own within the quota for 50 years.
