The Beverly is Vinhomes’ upmarket high-rise sub-zone at the entrance of Vinhomes Grand Park, on lots B5 and B6 between Nguyen Xien and Phuoc Thien streets. Styled as a “mini Beverly Hills”, it is split into two clusters, The Star and The Resort, and uses Vinhomes’ higher-spec Ruby and Diamond product lines. It is the only high-rise sub-zone that directly faces the 36-hectare Grand Park, with long views towards the Dong Nai river. The towers have been completed and handed over to residents.

Who is behind The Beverly
Vinhomes Grand Park is Vinhomes’ township of almost 272 ha on Nguyen Xien and Phuoc Thien streets in the former District 9, planned for around 43,500 apartments in 72 towers plus low-rise homes, with a 36-ha park, Vincom Mega Mall, Vinschool and Vinmec. The Beverly was positioned as the most premium Vinhomes-branded high-rise in the township, built by several of Vietnam’s largest contractors.
Location: gateway of Vinhomes Grand Park
The Beverly sits at the main entrance of the township, facing the 36-ha Grand Park, with the Dong Nai river beyond. Vincom Mega Mall, Vinschool, Vinmec and the marina are within a few minutes.
The Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Ring Road 3 and Suoi Tien Park station on Metro Line 1 are nearby, and District 1 is roughly 35–45 minutes by car.

Master plan and amenities
Residents get resort-style facilities within the sub-zone plus the whole township:
- Direct frontage onto the 36-ha Grand Park
- Resort-style swimming pools
- River and park views from upper floors
- Vincom Mega Mall, Vinschool and Vinmec nearby
- Marina and Manhattan Glory boulevard
- Vinhomes township management and security
Apartment types
Apartments range from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom family homes of around 100 m², many with park or river views.
Prices and buying
In 2026 a 100 m² three-bedroom unit with a direct Dong Nai river view was listed at about 8.2 billion VND, around 82 million VND per m² – a premium over older Grand Park sub-zones.
Check the view carefully: park- and river-facing stacks sell at a clear premium over internal views.
Legal status and foreign ownership
The Beverly is commercial housing with long-term ownership for Vietnamese buyers and 50 years for foreigners within the quota. Ask whether the unit’s pink book has been issued.
Renting at The Beverly
The park frontage and higher-spec finishes make The Beverly one of the stronger rental sub-zones in Grand Park, popular with families and Hi-Tech Park professionals.
