Elysian is Gamuda Land’s apartment project on Lo Lu Street in the former District 9, now Long Phuoc Ward. The 2.8-hectare site holds four towers with about 1,396 apartments, designed around Gamuda’s “biophilic” approach – layered planting inspired by a multi-storey forest canopy. It sits near the Saigon Hi-Tech Park and the Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway. Elysian won three categories at the Vietnam Property Awards 2023, and by July 2025 tower C had reached the 13th floor and tower A the 10th.

Who is behind Elysian

Gamuda Land is the property arm of Malaysia’s Gamuda Berhad. In Vietnam it built Gamuda City in Hanoi and Celadon City in Ho Chi Minh City, and acquired the Elysian site in 2022 as part of an expansion that also includes Artisan Park in Binh Duong and Eaton Park in An Phu.

Location: Lo Lu and the Hi-Tech Park

Lo Lu Street connects with Vo Chi Cong and the Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway, so the project is a short drive from the expressway on-ramp and from the Saigon Hi-Tech Park, where Intel, Samsung and many other tech employers are based.

Vinhomes Grand Park is nearby for shopping and parks, and Thu Thiem is about 20 minutes by car. The area is still largely residential and developing.

Master plan and amenities

Elysian is built around layered green spaces at several heights, with facilities spread across the podium and towers:

  • Multi-layer biophilic landscaping
  • Swimming pools
  • Gym and indoor activity rooms
  • Children’s play areas
  • Community and event spaces
  • Close to the Hi-Tech Park and Vinhomes Grand Park

Apartment types

Typical sizes are about 35 m², 68 m² and 115 m², from compact studios up to larger family homes, designed mostly for young professionals and small families.

Prices and buying

Elysian launched at an average of around 68 million VND per m², while some 2025 reports quoted around 55 million VND per m² for particular units and promotions. Hong Leong Bank has offered loan packages over 15–20 years.

As the project is still being built, payments are staged; ask to see the bank guarantee and the handover schedule for your tower.

According to sales information, Elysian has completed its legal procedures and was licensed for sale. It is commercial housing with freehold for Vietnamese buyers and 50-year ownership for foreigners.

Renting at Elysian

Hi-Tech Park employees, including foreign engineers, form a natural tenant base. Rents in this area are lower than in Thao Dien or Thu Thiem, but so are purchase prices.
