Masteri Park Place

Masteri Park Place is Masterise Homes’ newest riverside high-rise in The Global City, the large urban area on Do Xuan Hop Street, Binh Trung Ward, in the east of Ho Chi Minh City. Billed as the first high-rise in The Global City with a dual view – over the river on one side and the city’s new downtown on the other – it offers apartments from 1 bedroom plus study up to 4 bedrooms and more than 30 internal amenities. Sample units opened at The Global City Sales Gallery in late November 2025, and the project has drawn hundreds of visitors every weekend since.

The Global City in brief

The Global City is Masterise’s flagship urban area in the east, with a master plan by Foster + Partners. It mixes townhouses and shophouses along the SOHO commercial street, high-rise residential zones, offices, schools and a large central canal that hosts a water-music show in the evenings. Previous releases in the area have included low-rise homes and other high-rise collections, and the neighbourhood is gradually filling with residents, shops and restaurants.

Masteri Park Place takes one of the riverside plots of the urban area – the reason the developer emphasises its dual view and riverside park.

Location: Do Xuan Hop and the eastern corridor

Do Xuan Hop Street links the An Phu and Thao Dien area with the former District 9, and connects to the main routes that serve the east: Ring Road 2, the Mai Chi Tho corridor and the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway. From The Global City, Thu Thiem and the An Phu international schools are a short drive, and the trip to District 1 runs through the Saigon River Tunnel or across the new bridges.

Nearby new launches on the same side of the city include Gladia Heights and Imperia Sensa Park on Vo Chi Cong, and Eaton Park on Mai Chi Tho.

As always in a riverside project, the outlook of each unit varies a lot: ask specifically whether a unit faces the river, the canal or the city, and how high it is above the riverside park.

Masterise had not published an official price list in the media at the time of writing. Masterise projects in the east are positioned in the premium and luxury segments; listing-portal reference prices for new Masterise products in the former District 2 in Q3 2026 were above VND 100 million per m². Masteri is Masterise Homes’ upper-mid to premium apartment brand, known from projects such as Masteri Thao Dien and Masteri Centre Point in Vinhomes Grand Park. Living in The Global City

The Global City is designed to be walkable, which is still unusual in Ho Chi Minh City. The SOHO street brings shops, cafés and restaurants to the ground floors of townhouses, and in the evening families gather along the central canal for the water-music show. As more residents move in, the area is developing its own rhythm – busy weekends, quieter weekdays and a growing number of services within walking distance.

Because the urban area is still being built out, some plots around Masteri Park Place will see construction for a while. Ask what is planned on the plots next to your tower and when it is expected to be finished.

Riverside living: what to expect

Riverside apartments bring breezes, open views and a calmer outlook, and the riverside park gives residents a green space for morning runs and evening walks. They also bring practical considerations: windows facing the river can catch more wind and rain, and balcony furniture needs to withstand the weather. On the city side, you trade the river view for the lights of the new downtown and often a little more shade in the afternoon.

Investment perspective

The east of Ho Chi Minh City continues to attract the largest share of premium apartment launches, and The Global City is one of the few large, master-planned urban areas close to Thu Thiem. Masteri-branded apartments have historically rented well thanks to practical layouts and brand recognition. The main risks are price – premium launches in the east have risen quickly – and the supply of new apartments competing for tenants when several projects hand over at the same time.
