Evergreen Bac Giang (also called Golden Park Bac Giang) is a large social housing project for industrial workers in the Nenh new urban area, Viet Yen, former Bac Giang province, now Nenh Ward, Bac Ninh. The developer is a joint venture of Saigon–Hai Phong Industrial Park JSC and Evergreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment JSC. It sits on National Road 1A opposite the Foxconn Bac Giang plant, next to three large industrial parks.
The project covers about 32,000 m² with ten apartment blocks and more than 3,300 units of roughly 25–70 m². Construction began in late 2021, the first blocks were handed over, and owners received their first ownership certificates on 28 August 2024. Later blocks CT3 and CT4 (The Elite Tower) were scheduled for completion by the end of Q2 2026, and the Bac Ninh Department of Construction announced a rental round from May 2026.

Location and getting around
Evergreen is on National Road 1A (the Hanoi–Bac Giang expressway) near the junction with National Road 37 and the Dinh Tram interchange. Bac Ninh city centre is about 15 minutes away, central Hanoi about 50 minutes and Noi Bai Airport roughly 40 km.
