The Terra name and the Luxora identity
The current project website explains that New Goldsun took over development of the twin-tower component and introduced the Luxora name. Distinguish these apartment towers from the surrounding villas and townhouses. The completion of low-rise homes does not establish that a tower apartment is ready for occupation.
Published design and current construction
The developer markets landscaped sky spaces, recreation and wellness facilities. Treat these as published project features until current delivery and operation are confirmed. The photograph in this guide is a dated August 2025 construction image showing foundation and basement works; it is not presented as today's progress.
A document-led enquiry
Request the current tower plan, registered project entity, relevant sales documentation and a dated construction update. Confirm the proposed handover terms for the specific apartment in writing. Compare payment milestones and included finishes with the actual contract, without substituting a project-wide advertisement for unit-specific evidence.
Prices, availability and viewing
Ask for a current quotation for Luxora Bac Giang with the tower, floor, usable area, furniture inventory and availability date. Compare the same area basis and request a breakdown of management fees, parking and other charges. This project guide does not advertise a specific available apartment or a guaranteed return.
To broaden your shortlist, compare SHP Plaza or browse apartment projects in Vietnam. Share your preferred bedroom count, budget and move-in date when requesting a viewing.
