Amenities
Haus Da Lat is a mixed-use project on a 5-hectare site at 1 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, on the shore of Xuan Huong Lake in the very centre of Da Lat. The developer is The One Destination, with foreign capital from the BTS Bernina fund and Terne Holdings of Singapore, and the architecture and landscape are by Kengo Kuma and Associates. The homes are a small collection of 68 sky villas and sky mansions in three low towers of 8 to 12 floors, set around a pine park, a shopping centre and a five-star hotel planned under the InterContinental brand. The park is due to open in the third quarter of 2026 and the residences to be handed over at the end of 2027.

Location
This is about as central as Da Lat gets: the lake is across the road, the night market and Hoa Binh area are a few minutes away, and the Dalat Palace golf course is next door. Lien Khuong airport is around 30 minutes by car. The Dau Giay–Lien Khuong expressway, once finished, should bring the drive from Ho Chi Minh City down to roughly three hours.

What you get
The project is pitched as Vietnam’s first ESG-led property complex, with low building density and hundreds of mature pine trees replanted on site. The plan includes:
- Pine park with walking trails
- Five-star hotel under an international brand
- Wellness centre run with Chiva-Som
- Shopping and dining podium
- Large residences with lake or forest views
Prices and buying
This is the most expensive address in Da Lat by a wide margin. Recent listings show a three-bedroom of about 140 m² asked at over 44 billion VND, or more than 300 million VND per m². Buy only through the official distributors named by the developer, ask for the sale contract template and the payment schedule tied to construction milestones, and check the project’s sale permit before paying anything.
Who lives in Da Lat
Da Lat’s cool climate draws second-home buyers from Ho Chi Minh City, retirees and remote workers who want to escape the southern heat. The rental market for high-end homes is small and seasonal, so most buyers here are buying for their own use first.
Pros and cons
- Pros: unbeatable lakeside location, very few units, international design and hotel brand, large green park on site
- Cons: among the highest prices per m² in Vietnam outside the big cities, not finished yet, limited rental demand at this price level
Who it suits
Haus Da Lat suits wealthy buyers who want a trophy second home in central Da Lat and can wait for completion; it is not an obvious rental investment.
