Hinode City is a Japanese-inspired apartment complex at 201 Minh Khai street, on the corner of Kim Nguu, in Hanoi’s former Hai Ba Trung District. The developer is Vietracimex (Construction and Trading Corporation), and the name means “sunrise city” in Japanese.

The project covers about 2.8 ha with three 26-floor towers above a four-floor shopping podium and three basements. It has about 1,099 apartments of roughly 70–206 m², including 28 duplexes, and a building density of about 39%. Residents moved in from 2019–2020; the Ministry of Construction said at the time the building had not yet passed final acceptance and the developer was fined for deviating from its permit. After settling its land obligations, the developer began issuing pink books to residents in July 2022.
