Amenities
Times City Park Hill is the southern, newer part of Vinhomes Times City in Hanoi. It was launched after the original T-series towers, with construction starting in 2012, and was later extended by a final phase called Park Hill Premium. Together they form a cluster of “Park” towers around their own landscaped gardens.
Park Hill has seven towers (Park 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 – there is no Park 4) and Park Hill Premium adds Park 9 to Park 12. Park 12 was sold as the only tower in the township handed over with loose furniture, aimed at investors who planned to rent their units out.

How Park Hill differs from the T-towers
Park Hill sits further from Minh Khai Street, so it is generally quieter than the original towers that face the main road. The Park towers were designed later and many units have more modern layouts, bigger windows and smart-home features in the Premium phase.
Residents still use the township facilities: the hospital, schools and mall are within a few minutes’ walk, and an elevated walkway links parts of the Park Hill area to the rest of Times City.

Choosing a tower and unit
Views differ a lot between towers. Some Park units look over the central park and school buildings, while others face the low-rise neighbourhoods towards Linh Nam or the river side. Ask which direction the balcony faces, how high the floor is and whether the unit shares a corridor with many neighbours.
Park 12 units often come with the original developer furniture package; check its condition and whether it is included in the price or rent.
Renting in Park Hill
Park Hill rentals are popular with families who want the Times City ecosystem without traffic noise. Confirm whether the rent covers management fees, the number of resident cards for facilities and the arrangement for car parking.

Buying and resale checks
Ask for the ownership certificate of the specific unit and check that fees are paid up. Premium-phase units can carry a higher price per square metre, so compare like with like: same tower group, similar floor and view.
