Amenities
Lotus Central, also called Dabaco Ly Thai To, is an apartment and shophouse complex by Dabaco Group at the junction of Ly Thai To and Do Trong Vy streets, next to the six-way roundabout in central Bac Ninh (now Kinh Bac Ward, formerly Ninh Xa). It combines a 15-floor apartment tower with four-floor shophouses; Dabaco and distributor CenLand held the topping-out and sales launch together.
In March 2020 Bac Ninh province barred sales to foreigners of units whose balconies face the provincial Party and People’s Committee offices and National Road 1A, while allowing other units. Foreign owners have since received ownership certificates for permitted units. Units are mostly one to two bedrooms, and many are rented to expatriates for around VND 14–20 million a month.
