Mövenpick Cam Ranh Resort is a beachfront resort on Bai Dai (Long Beach), on the northern Cam Ranh peninsula in Khanh Hoa. It was developed by Eurowindow Holding and is run by Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, now part of Accor. According to the developer, the resort combines 121 villas, 132 condotel apartments and a 250-room five-star hotel along almost 800 metres of beach, on a 33-hectare site it shares with the Radisson Blu Cam Ranh. Villas and condotels were sold to investors with a bank-guaranteed minimum return programme.

Prices and buying
Villas and condotels resell through agents, with seafront villas listed in the tens of billions of dong. Before buying, check the land-use term, whether the original return guarantee has ended, and the current rental-pool and owner-stay terms with the operator.
Renting and holiday use
Stays are booked by the night through Mövenpick. Owners in the rental programme receive a share of revenue and a set number of personal nights each year.
Pros and cons
- Pros: long beachfront on one of Vietnam’s best beaches, very close to the airport, international operator, villas with private pools
- Cons: far from Nha Trang nightlife and shops, resort-type legal status rather than residential ownership, returns depend on tourism flows
Who it suits
Holidaymakers looking for a full-service beach resort near the airport, and investors who want a managed villa in Cam Ranh.
