NovaWorld Phan Thiet is a resort town of close to 1,000 hectares by Novaland (through Delta-Valley Co.) along about 7 km of the Tien Thanh coast, south of Phan Thiet city, with a planned total investment of around 5 billion USD. It is mostly low-rise – villas, townhouses and shophouses in themed zones – with two golf courses, a Novotel, water parks and beach clubs. The project stalled from 2023 over legal problems; in June 2025 the province approved a change of land-lease form and adjusted the investment policy, and Novaland restarted building. By mid-2025 it had handed over around 1,500 villas and townhouses, more than 1,000 of which are now in its rental programme.

Location
The resort runs along the Tien Thanh coast road about ten minutes south of central Phan Thiet. Mui Ne, the sand dunes and Hon Rom are to the north-east, and Phan Thiet airport and the expressway to Ho Chi Minh City are nearby; the drive from Saigon takes around two and a half to three hours.
