Prices and buying

Resale studios have been listed at roughly VND 1.6–2.1 billion. The operating brand has changed since launch (Dusit Thani was announced first; recent listings mention a Wyndham brand), and the press has reported that the project’s assets were mortgaged and deadlines extended. Check the certificate, the current operator contract and any bank charges before paying.

Renting and holiday use

Most owners place units in the resort’s rental programme. Peak months are roughly February to August; the October–December rains are quiet.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: right on An Bang beach, close to Hoi An, sea views from most apartments
  • Cons: operator has changed, legal and financing questions reported in the press, small unit sizes

Who it suits

Buyers who want a holiday apartment near Hoi An and are ready to do proper legal checks, and visitors looking for a beach base for a week or a month.
