Sky Forest Residences is a three-tower apartment project in the Island Bay zone of Ecopark, Phung Cong Commune (Van Giang), Hung Yen. The towers rise to about 41 storeys beside the 50-hectare bay and are covered by eight sky parks and close to 1,000 gardens, around 10,000 m² of greenery in total.
It is the final piece of the Island Bay zone, at the junction of the bay road, the township’s 7.5 km walking and shopping street, and the education and CBD axis. Construction began in the second quarter of 2022 with Coteccons as main contractor, and handover was scheduled for 2025.

Location
Ecopark is a roughly 500-hectare green township in Van Giang, Hung Yen, about 13 km south-east of central Hanoi across the Thanh Tri bridge and the Hanoi–Hai Phong road network. It is known for its lakes, parks, schools (including Chadwick International School and the British University Vietnam campus) and an AEON Citimart, and it draws many expatriate and Hanoi families who want space and greenery.
Sky Forest sits within 500 m of the township’s CBD, the onsen resort and the 18-hole golf course, with views across the bay to the island villas and the Red River.

Each typical floor has up to 16 units served by seven lifts. Layouts range from studios and one-bedroom units to two- and three-bedroom homes, duplexes and penthouses with ceilings of 4–9 m.
