Amenities
Sky Oasis is a pair of 41-storey apartment towers in the Island Bay zone on the western edge of Ecopark, in Phung Cong Commune (former Xuan Quan, Van Giang), Hung Yen. The towers are linked by a sky pool on the 41st floor and a garden level on the 21st, and face the Red River on one side and Ecopark’s island villas and 50-hectare lake on the other.
Ecopark Group launched Sky Oasis in 2020, when buyers famously queued for hours to see the show flats. Towers S1 and S2 were structurally complete by April 2022 and handed over from that year; a premium tower, S-Premium, is managed by Savills.

Location
Ecopark is a roughly 500-hectare green township in Van Giang, Hung Yen, about 13 km south-east of central Hanoi across the Thanh Tri bridge and the Hanoi–Hai Phong road network. It is known for its lakes, parks, schools (including Chadwick International School and the British University Vietnam campus) and an AEON Citimart, and it draws many expatriate and Hanoi families who want space and greenery.
Sky Oasis is the westernmost high-rise in Ecopark, close to the Island Bay villas, the Korean-style shopping street and the riverside park.

Living here
Residents have a clubhouse with pool, gym and spa, 24/7 security and the township’s parks on the doorstep. River-view units catch the breeze but can be hotter in the afternoon; island-view units overlook the lake and villas.
Renting
Compact studios and one-bedroom flats are popular with young professionals and expatriate teachers at Ecopark’s schools; furnished two-bedroom units suit families. Expect rents below central Hanoi but higher than other Hung Yen towns.
Buying checks
- Check which tower the unit is in and whether its ownership certificate has been issued.
- Compare the river-view and island-view prices; the gap can be several hundred million dong.
- Ask about the monthly service fee and parking.
- Foreign buyers can usually own for 50 years; confirm the remaining quota.
