Amenities
Swanlake Onsen Residences (formerly Swan Park Onsen) is a cluster of apartment towers along the kilometre-long Swan Lake and its 50-hectare park in Ecopark, Phung Cong Commune, Hung Yen. The development was conceived around Japanese-style onsen hot-spring facilities for residents.
Ecopark launched the Swanlake Residences scheme in 2021 as five towers of 33 to 40 storeys over a three-storey commercial podium and two basements, built by Coteccons under a design-and-build contract. The three Swanlake towers (R1–R3) were handed over in the fourth quarter of 2023; the two Landmark towers followed in early 2024.

Location
Ecopark is a roughly 500-hectare green township in Van Giang, Hung Yen, about 13 km south-east of central Hanoi across the Thanh Tri bridge and the Hanoi–Hai Phong road network. It is known for its lakes, parks, schools (including Chadwick International School and the British University Vietnam campus) and an AEON Citimart, and it draws many expatriate and Hanoi families who want space and greenery.
The towers line Swan Lake, Ecopark’s largest park, a short walk from the Chadwick International School campus.

Living here
The onsen-style bathing areas, lakeside paths and podium shops are the main draw. Lake-facing units command a clear premium over park-side or road-side units.
Not the same as The Landmark
The Landmark is the pair of 40-storey glass towers in the same scheme, handed over in early 2024. It is listed separately on Apartment.vn because prices and layouts differ.
Buying checks
- Confirm whether the unit is in R1–R3 or The Landmark.
- Ask how onsen facilities are charged (included or per use).
- Check the certificate status and service fee.
- Foreign buyers should confirm the remaining quota.
