Amenities

  • Parks and lakes of Ecopark
  • Shops along Rung Co street
  • Children's playgrounds and clubs
  • Ecopark schools and hospital

Rung Co (Palm Tree residential area) was the first apartment zone in Ecopark, the green township in Van Giang, Hung Yen, just east of Hanoi. The developer was Viet Hung Urban Development JSC (Vihajico), now Ecopark Group, and the buildings were designed by the Japanese firm Kume Sekkei with an environmentally friendly layout.

The blocks are mid-rise, around 18 floors with one basement and only about six units per floor, and were handed over from around 2014. Units are roughly 71–92 m² plus sky villas of about 154 m². Ecopark began issuing pink books to Rung Co owners early, and the zone is now a settled community with shops on Rung Co street.

Ecopark lies in Van Giang, Hung Yen, just across the Hanoi border. The Thanh Tri Bridge and Ring Road 2.5/3 corridors put Hoan Kiem about 20–30 minutes away by car outside rush hour, and Ecopark runs shuttle buses to central Hanoi.
