Location

Ecopark is a roughly 500-hectare green township in Van Giang, Hung Yen, about 13 km south-east of central Hanoi across the Thanh Tri bridge and the Hanoi–Hai Phong road network. It is known for its lakes, parks, schools (including Chadwick International School and the British University Vietnam campus) and an AEON Citimart, and it draws many expatriate and Hanoi families who want space and greenery.

Solforest borders Haven Park to the south and is close to the island villas, the walking street and the township’s schools.

Living with the gardens

The gardens are maintained by building management rather than by each owner, which keeps them healthy but is reflected in the service fee. Planted terraces cool the façades and add privacy, though some residents report insects on lower and garden-facing floors.

Who it suits

Buyers who want a distinctive green building and good-value family units; investors renting to young families and expatriates working in eastern Hanoi.

Buying checks

  • Ask how the gardens are maintained and charged.
  • Check for damp or waterproofing issues near planted terraces.
  • Confirm the certificate status.
  • Foreign buyers should confirm the remaining quota.
