Sunshine City is a six-tower apartment complex by Sunshine Group inside the Ciputra (Nam Thang Long) township in north-west Hanoi, now Phu Thuong Ward (formerly Dong Ngac, Bac Tu Liem). Construction began in February 2017, all towers were topped out in December 2019, and handover was completed in the second quarter of 2021.
The towers rise 38 to 40 floors on a site of about 21,700 m² and hold roughly 2,368 apartments, from two bedrooms to duplexes. The development also includes more than 70 villas and podium shophouses. Units on the south-east side look over the Ciputra golf course and a large park.
