Celestine Westlake

Celestine Westlake, also marketed as Westlake Residential, is a boutique apartment project by Vietnam Construction and Engineering JSC at the junction of Vo Chi Cong and Nguyen Hoang Ton streets, on lot CHC1 of area D6 in Phu Thuong Ward, on the western side of West Lake. On a plot of about 4,334 m² it has two towers of 23 floors over four basements, with shops on the first two floors and apartments from the fourth floor up. There are only 216 apartments – six per floor – from one-bedroom units of about 53 m² to penthouses of over 350 m². The towers were due to top out in April 2026 and handover is planned for the second quarter of 2027.

Location

Vo Chi Cong is the wide road that runs along the western edge of Tay Ho towards Noi Bai airport. From here West Lake and Lotte Mall West Lake are about two minutes away, and Ciputra, Starlake and the Diplomatic Corps area are under five minutes. Several of Hanoi’s international schools are nearby, and the airport is around 30 minutes by car.

What you get

The project is small and low-density, with more car spaces than apartments. Apartments come with built-in fittings, and the developer lists:

Prices and buying

Batdongsan tracks asking prices of roughly 145–200 million VND per m². Listings in 2026 show three-bedroom units of about 110–118 m² at around 17–21 billion VND. Because the building is still under construction, check the bank guarantee, the payment schedule tied to construction stages and the sample sale contract. Foreigners can buy within the 30% quota on a 50-year term.

Renting in Tay Ho

The western side of Tay Ho, around Ciputra and Starlake, is popular with Korean and Japanese families and with staff of international schools and embassies. Once handed over, furnished two- and three-bedroom units here should find tenants who want a newer building close to the lake and the expressway to the airport.

Pros and cons

• Pros: very few apartments and low density, long-term title, close to West Lake, Lotte Mall and international schools, generous parking
• Cons: not yet finished, high price per m², on a busy main road rather than directly on the lake

Who it suits

Celestine Westlake suits families and expats who want a new, quiet building on the west side of Tay Ho and can wait until 2027.
