Who is behind The Beverly Solari
Vinhomes Grand Park is Vinhomes’ township of almost 272 ha on Nguyen Xien and Phuoc Thien streets in the former District 9, planned for around 43,500 apartments in 72 towers plus low-rise homes, with a 36-ha park, Vincom Mega Mall, Vinschool and Vinmec. The Beverly Solari was developed together with Mitsubishi Corporation, which also partnered Vinhomes on The Origami.
Location: Vinhomes Grand Park, by Ring Road 3
The Beverly Solari sits between The Rainbow, The Origami, The Beverly and Masteri Centre Point, and is one of the few sub-zones that borders both the elevated Ring Road 3 and Phuoc Thien Road. Vincom Mega Mall, the 36-ha park, Vinschool and VinWonders are a few minutes away.
The Saigon Hi-Tech Park and Suoi Tien Park metro station are nearby; District 1 is roughly 35–45 minutes by car.
