Masteri Centre Point

Masteri Centre Point is a gated apartment compound by Masterise Homes at the heart of Vinhomes Grand Park. Spread over about 70,783 m² in two sub-zones, its 10 blocks hold roughly 5,094 apartments. Ground was broken on 14 October 2020 and the project was officially handed over on 23 December 2023 – Masterise’s fifth handover that year. Residents get the compound’s own facilities as well as those of the wider township, and pink books have since been issued for many units.

Who is behind Masteri Centre Point

Masterise Homes is the developer of Masteri Thao Dien, LUMIÈRE riverside and The Global City. Vinhomes Grand Park is Vinhomes’ township of almost 272 ha on Nguyen Xien and Phuoc Thien streets in the former District 9, planned for around 43,500 apartments in 72 towers plus low-rise homes, with a 36-ha park, Vincom Mega Mall, Vinschool and Vinmec.

Masteri Centre Point faces the 36-hectare park and has views towards the Tac and Dong Nai rivers and, from high floors, the city centre. Vincom Mega Mall, Vinschool, the marina and the Manhattan shopping boulevard are all close.

The Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Ring Road 3 and Suoi Tien Park metro station are nearby, while District 1 is about 35–45 minutes by car.

Apartment types

Apartments range from one to three bedrooms, roughly 50–100 m², with a smaller number of large corner units and penthouses. Units were handed over with full built-in fittings.

Prices and buying

In 2026 three-bedroom units of about 88–99 m² were listed at roughly 7–8.6 billion VND, around 72–80 million VND per m², with some already holding pink books.

Compare units on view and floor: park-facing stacks command a clear premium.

Legal status and foreign ownership

Masteri Centre Point has completed its legal procedures and handed over in 2023, with certificates issued for many units. Foreigners can buy within the quota for 50 years.

Renting at Masteri Centre Point

Rents for furnished two-bedroom units of about 74 m² were around 12 million VND a month in 2026. The tenant base includes Hi-Tech Park engineers and families who value the gated environment.
