The project has three 19-storey towers with 1,265 apartments: two social housing towers and one commercial tower, Eco Garden, with 233 units opposite AEON Mall Bac Giang. It follows EDGE green-building criteria. Bac Ninh’s Department of Construction published the social housing sale price in October 2025.

The site is in the new southern centre of Bac Giang, across from AEON Mall Bac Giang and close to Truong Chinh Street, with the Hanoi–Bac Giang expressway and the Quang Chau, Song Khe–Noi Hoang and Dinh Tram industrial parks within easy reach.
Who can buy
Social housing in Vietnam is reserved for eligible buyers, mainly low- and middle-income workers and civil servants who do not already own a home locally, with income caps and paperwork set by law. Resale is restricted for the first years, and foreign nationals cannot buy. The Eco Garden tower is commercial housing, open to ordinary buyers at market prices.
A note on sales
In August 2025 the province asked authorities to monitor sales at the project and act against improper selling, so apply only through the official notice and the developer.
