Apartments range from studios of around 28.5 m² to large units of more than 141 m². This is a premium inner-city project: indicative prices cited at launch were around 120–180 million VND per m², and press reports note some units above 200 million VND per m². Sales contracts for the first phase were expected from October 2026, with handover planned for the second quarter of 2029.
Amenities
- Clubhouse with gym, yoga and 3D golf
- Business lounge and rooftop bar
- Large landscaped areas thanks to low building density
- More than 227,000 m² of basement parking across three levels
- Clubhouse service fees supported for up to four years
Renting at Hanoi Seasons Garden
Thanh Xuan has steady demand from office workers, lecturers and families. Smaller units close to the metro should rent well, but the very high purchase price means rental yields will be low compared with suburban projects.
