LUMIÈRE Boulevard

LUMIÈRE Boulevard is Masterise Homes’ gated apartment compound in the centre of Vinhomes Grand Park, next to Ring Road 3 and Masteri Centre Point. Its five towers hold about 2,422 apartments and are known for their layered, planted facades – what the developer calls “3D green architecture”. Construction began in January 2021, sales opened in May 2022 with Vinhomes as exclusive distributor, the towers topped out in March 2023 and handover followed later that year.

Who is behind LUMIÈRE Boulevard

Masterise Homes developed LUMIÈRE riverside, Masteri Centre Point and The Global City. Vinhomes Grand Park is Vinhomes’ township of almost 272 ha on Nguyen Xien and Phuoc Thien streets in the former District 9, planned for around 43,500 apartments in 72 towers plus low-rise homes, with a 36-ha park, Vincom Mega Mall, Vinschool and Vinmec. LUMIÈRE Boulevard was the first joint business deal between Masterise Homes and Vinhomes in the south.

The compound sits on the main boulevard of Vinhomes Grand Park, beside Ring Road 3 and the Nguyen Xien – Long Phuoc road, with views towards the Tac and Dong Nai rivers and the Ba Di canal. The 36-ha park, Vincom Mega Mall and Vinschool are close by.

Suoi Tien Park station on Metro Line 1 is the nearest metro stop, and the Saigon Hi-Tech Park is a short drive away. Central Ho Chi Minh City is roughly 35–45 minutes by car.

LUMIÈRE Boulevard is commercial housing. Vietnamese buyers get long-term ownership and foreigners 50 years within the quota.

Renting at LUMIÈRE Boulevard

In 2026 furnished two-bedroom units of 67–75 m² were renting for about 9–15.5 million VND a month and one-bedroom units for around 10 million. Tenants include Hi-Tech Park staff and families who like the gated environment.
