Location

Sea Links City sits on a hill about 80 metres above the sea at the start of the Mui Ne resort strip. Phan Thiet town and the airport are a few minutes to the west, and the Mui Ne beach road, Hon Rom and the sand dunes are to the east. The estate has its own 18-hole golf course, rated one of the toughest in Asia, and a five-star hotel. Since the expressway opened, Ho Chi Minh City is about three hours away by car.

What you get

The low blocks feel more like a resort than a tower block. Shared facilities include:

  • Large infinity pools with sea views
  • Clubhouse with restaurants for over 1,000 guests
  • RD wine castle
  • Tennis courts and children’s play area
  • Access to Sea Links golf course and beach club

Prices and buying

Listings in 2026 show two-bedroom units of about 116 m² from around 3.4 billion VND and three-bedroom sea-view units of about 155 m² near 4.8 billion VND, about 29–31 million VND per m² – cheap for the size. Some sellers advertise pink books with long-term ownership. Confirm the title, check the building’s service fees and ask how much of the year the unit was actually let.

Renting and holiday use

Ocean Vista is well known with Saigon families and with Russian visitors in the dry season, so furnished units let well at weekends and from November to April. The big apartments suit groups who want space and a kitchen rather than a hotel room. Midweek in the rainy season is quiet.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: big apartments at low prices per m², resort setting with golf and sea views, low-rise blocks, finished
  • Cons: a drive from Mui Ne’s restaurants and beaches, seasonal rental demand, older resort facilities in places

Who it suits

Ocean Vista suits families who want a spacious holiday apartment near Phan Thiet at a fair price, and owners who want a unit they can let to groups.
