Prices and buying
Resale listings in 2026 show two-bedroom units of about 65 m² around VND 1.9 billion and three-bedroom units over 100 m² around VND 3.6 billion. Confirm whether the unit is classified as an apartment or a service apartment on its certificate, and whether it is in the Wyndham rental pool.
Renting and holiday use
Owners can rent through the operator by the night or let privately on longer leases to people working in Ha Long. Long-stay rents are generally lower than in Bai Chay’s holiday towers.
Pros and cons
- Pros: central Hong Gai location, international operator, long-term ownership as marketed, lower prices per m² than bayfront launches
- Cons: city-facing units have limited bay views, mixed hotel and residential use in one building, older building than new launches
Who it suits
Buyers who want a lower-cost serviced apartment in Ha Long with an optional rental programme, and people working in central Ha Long.
