The Landmark is a pair of 40-storey, fully glass-clad apartment towers in Ecopark, Phung Cong Commune (Van Giang), Hung Yen. The towers face Swan Lake park and sit next to the Chadwick International School campus.

They form part of Ecopark’s Swanlake Residences scheme, five towers of 33–40 storeys over a three-storey commercial podium built by Coteccons. The two Landmark towers were handed over in the first quarter of 2024, a few months after the neighbouring Swanlake Onsen towers.

Location

Ecopark is a roughly 500-hectare green township in Van Giang, Hung Yen, about 13 km south-east of central Hanoi across the Thanh Tri bridge and the Hanoi–Hai Phong road network. It is known for its lakes, parks, schools (including Chadwick International School and the British University Vietnam campus) and an AEON Citimart, and it draws many expatriate and Hanoi families who want space and greenery.

Who it suits

Expatriate and Vietnamese families who want a short walk to school and the park, and buyers who prefer a newer, more premium tower within Ecopark. High floors look across the lake towards Hanoi.

Living here

Residents share the Swanlake scheme’s podium shops and onsen-style facilities, plus Ecopark’s parks and sports areas. Glass façades mean west-facing units warm up in summer afternoons, so check orientation and glazing.

Buying checks

  • Confirm the tower and orientation (lake, park or road).
  • Check the certificate status.
  • Ask what is included at handover and the service fee.
  • Foreign buyers should confirm the remaining quota.
