Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long is a township of roughly 6,200 hectares beside Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh, launched by Vinhomes on 25 April 2026. It is Vingroup’s second-largest urban project after its Olympic sports city near Hanoi.

The site lies on the Hanoi–Hai Phong–Quang Ninh expressway, opposite the Ha Long depot station of the planned Hanoi–Quang Ninh high-speed railway. The plan mixes villas, townhouses, shophouses and high-rise apartments across six zones, with hotels, golf, a marina and large areas of mangrove and green space. Vinhomes reported more than 5,000 bookings within 24 hours of launch.

Location

The township stretches along the bay on the Hai Phong side of Ha Long, close to National Road 18 and the expressway to Hanoi and Hai Phong. Once the high-speed line opens, Vinhomes says the trip to Hanoi could take under half an hour, though the railway is still in the planning and construction stage.

Who it suits

Long-term investors betting on the high-speed railway and Ha Long’s tourism growth, and Hanoi buyers wanting a weekend home by the bay.
