The Sunrise Bay is the first high-rise apartment cluster in Vinhomes Global Gate Ha Long, Quang Ninh. It consists of four towers at the township’s gateway, right next to the Ha Long depot station of the planned Hanoi–Quang Ninh high-speed railway and close to National Road 18 and the Hai Phong–Ha Long expressway.

The towers are positioned in Vinhomes’ “Diamond” segment, the brand’s top apartment standard and the first of its kind in Quang Ninh. Vinhomes showcased the model and the four towers in Quang Ninh and then in Hanoi in July 2026 ahead of sales, and apartments are marketed with long-term ownership.

Who it suits
