About this pre-lease 1-bedroom

We are building a list of tenants who want a one-bedroom in the apartment zones of Vinhomes Ocean Park 2, such as Masteri Trinity Square, Lumiere SpringBay and Imperia The Parkland. Most one-bedroom layouts here are around 45 to 50 m², with an open kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. Units are handed over with the developer’s fit-out, and owners usually add basic loose furniture.

When an owner on our list gets the keys, we send you photos, the floor plan and the final rent before anything is signed. There is no fee to register and no obligation if the unit is not right for you.

Living at Vinhomes Ocean Park 2

The township covers about 457 hectares, and life revolves around the 18-hectare wave lagoon with its artificial beach. Empire Park, shopping streets, Vinschool and clinics are planned within walking distance of the towers, and residents can also use the schools and malls of Vinhomes Ocean Park in Gia Lam next door. It is a good fit if you want space and greenery rather than the bustle of the inner city.

Getting around from Vinhomes Ocean Park 2

The township lies beside the Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway and Ring Road 3.5, about 15 km from central Hanoi via Vinh Tuy Bridge. At quiet times you can reach Hoan Kiem in around 30 minutes; at rush hour allow longer. VinBus routes link Ocean City with the city, and new bridges planned over the Red River should shorten the trip in future, though their timing is not certain.

Pre-lease terms and indicative rent

Our indicative rent is about 6.5 million VND a month for a 46 m² unit with basic furniture. The final rent depends on the tower, floor and how the owner furnishes the flat.

Once a unit is confirmed, the usual terms are a 12-month lease with one or two months’ deposit. Fully furnished units near the wave park will cost more.
