Amenities
HPC Landmark 105 is an apartment complex on To Huu Street in Ha Dong, Hanoi, developed by Hai Phat Invest (through Hai Phat Thu Do). Two interlocking towers of 35 and 50 floors make it one of the tallest buildings in Ha Dong, and the project is the centrepiece of the wider Usilk City area.
The four-storey podium holds a shopping centre, pool and community services, with apartments from the fifth floor up. Handover took place in late 2018 and most units now have long-term pink books.

Location
To Huu is the extension of Le Van Luong, the main road from Thanh Xuan to Ha Dong. The BRT line runs along it, and the Cat Linh–Ha Dong elevated metro is a short ride away. Ring Road 3 is about 10 minutes away, and central Hanoi around 30–40 minutes by car.
For other options in west Hanoi, compare Hapulico Complex and Royal City.

Apartments
The staggered tower design was meant to give more units open sides and natural ventilation. Three-bedroom units of about 105–112 m² and four-bedroom corner units of about 136 m² are common, so the project suits families. Rents for furnished family units are usually well below inner-city levels.
Buying checks
- Confirm the pink book and check for any outstanding maintenance fund disputes in the building.
- Units facing To Huu are noisier; inner sides are calmer.
- Ask about lift waiting times in the 50-storey tower at peak hours.
