Location
The estate sits between the expressway and the Giong Ong To river, next to the Nam Rach Chiec residential area. Thao Dien and the Mai Chi Tho boulevard are a few minutes away, District 1 is about 15–20 minutes through the Thu Thiem tunnel, and the Thu Duc and Long Thanh airport roads start at the gate.
