Phu Thinh Plaza is an apartment project at 173 Le Loi Street in Phan Thiet Ward, in the centre of the former Binh Thuan capital, now part of Lam Dong province. On an 8,591 m² site, a U-shaped complex of 20-floor blocks holds 712 products: 684 apartments and 28 shophouses. Doi Duong beach and park are about 150–200 m away. The contractor is Hoa Binh Construction, MSB is the guarantee bank, and handover is planned for Q2 2026.

The site is in central Phan Thiet, within walking distance of Doi Duong beach and park. Lotte Mart is about 1 km away, and the city’s markets, schools and hospitals are close by. The Dau Giay – Phan Thiet and Phan Thiet – Vinh Hao expressways have cut travel time to Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang.

Buying at Phu Thinh Plaza

Each unit is due to receive its own pink book, with long-term ownership for Vietnamese buyers. Because MSB guarantees the project, ask for the guarantee letter with your contract. Check the handover date in the contract and the penalties if it slips.

Foreigners can buy in commercial apartment buildings within the usual limits of the 2023 Housing Law: up to 30% of the units in one building and ownership of up to 50 years, renewable once. Check that the foreign quota in the specific tower still has room before you pay a deposit.

Renting at Phu Thinh Plaza

Phan Thiet has steady demand from domestic tourists at weekends and holidays and from people working in the city. A central location near the beach makes 2-bedroom units suitable for both monthly and short-stay rentals, subject to building rules.

Living in Phan Thiet

Phan Thiet is a fishing and resort city on the south-central coast, famous for fish sauce, dragon fruit and the dunes and beaches of Mui Ne. Since 2025 it has been part of Lam Dong province.

The new expressways have cut the drive to Ho Chi Minh City to around two and a half to three hours, making Phan Thiet a realistic weekend base. Central apartments near Doi Duong beach give easy access to the beach, markets and restaurants without needing a car.
