Masteri Thao Dien is one of the most rented expat buildings on the east side of the river. It sits beside the Thao Dien metro station on the main road, with a mall at the base and Thao Dien’s cafés and schools close by. Furnished units usually rent in line with Thao Dien rates – roughly 15–25 million VND a month for a 1-bedroom and 22–40 million for a 2-bedroom.
Masteri Centre Point

Masteri apartments for sale off-plan
- Masteri Grand View – in The Global City, Binh Trung Ward, with handover listed from late 2026.
- Masteri Park Place – also in The Global City.
- Masteri Cosmo Central – The Global City, with handover expected in Q3 2028.
- Masteri Thanh Da Peninsula – on the Thanh Da peninsula in Binh Quoi Ward, the old Binh Thanh area; handover not yet announced.
