Location
The complex sits on the service road along Xa Lo Ha Noi, close to the An Phu interchange that links Mai Chi Tho Boulevard, the Long Thanh expressway and Thu Thiem. Thao Dien’s restaurants and international schools are a short drive, and the metro runs along the highway in front of the buildings.
Since July 2025, An Phu Ward has been merged into Binh Trung Ward. Older leases and title papers will still show District 2.

With only 16 floors, Cantavil An Phu feels closer to a residential compound than a tower block. Apartments are wide, with separate kitchens in many layouts and two balconies in larger units. Ask which block a unit is in: courtyard-facing homes are quieter, while highway-facing units get more traffic noise.
Because the buildings date from around 2010, renovation levels vary. Check windows, bathrooms and the air-conditioning before agreeing a price.
Renting at Cantavil An Phu
Large furnished three-bedroom units are the most common rentals. Rents generally sit below the newer towers nearby for the same floor area, which is why the complex is popular with families on a housing allowance. Confirm what is included in the rent, parking availability and the house rules on pets and renovation.
